This place was known for it donburi bowls of seared top of the line Otoro

The egg was really viscousy and orange (almost like the Cadbury Chocolate egg yolk) but went well with the tuna and made it a little less fatty tasting. I spread it like marmalade onto the pieces.
this is tuna, not pork.
I can't believe it's not beef!
Ultimately the bowl was good but way too rich for me. It’s really not like eating tuna or even seared tuna, its like chewing on a piece of beefy fat. The first couple pieces were really good but by the third piece I wish I had something else in the bowl besides the seared tuna. Similar to the reaction I had to real Kobe beef and the Shakey’s Lunch Buffet. If you like rich foods and a lot of it, this is what you want.
By the way congratulations to the yen for being its strongest in 14 years. Oh wait a minute… Kit Kats are now more expensive. 
This has nothing to do with the restaurant. just liked the picture of the food.
