Next on the list of Jonathan Gold’s Counter Intelligence book is Alegria. The official name of this place is Alegria on Sunset. Searching Alegria online results in a lot of hits that are not this restaurant. There is a dental center, auto center and charity all named Alegria.

Photo from New Orleans. Apparently according to the timestamp, taken on New Years Day 2008. I think this was breakfast. This was the day of the Sugar Bowl where Hawaii played Georgia. A grim depressing game for Hawaii fans but the trip was full of booze. I imagine these may be a little oily now.
